• Umberto Eco's new book, _The Prague Cemetery_
• Neil Gaiman's new edition of _American Gods_

I got to teach several family members how to play Dominion tonight, in fact =)

I got a classic copy of the Adventures of Baron Munchausen, which will make for a stellar read. Better gaming inspiration is hard to come by.

You must spread some Experience Points around before giving it to Umbran again.

I got myself a Kindle Fire for Christmas, and in the last few sessions, it has been useful to keep game notes and such.

Yep, I opened up my present early. One of the prerogatives of buying it for myself.

Nothing gaming-related under the tree, but ordered The One Ring RPG and some miscellaneous Warhammer 40K RPG supplements with some holiday cash...

Didn't get anything gaming related for myself, but I did purchase three Pathfinder Beginner Boxes for my son and two nephews. They're already interested in gaming, and I've run a few games for them (mostly Star Wars Saga) but I wanted something for them to start nrunning their own games with and the BB seemed perfect.

Some very good choices, too - the Advanced Player's Guide is where Pathfinder became its own game for me.

I got this incredible cooperative boardgame about cat-mutants and sentient worms in a roadrace to stop these pigmen before they ruin the day. I think it was inspired by Gamma World. Either way, my three year old and I are loving it!
