Prestige Class for Review

Thoughts

The PrC looks good over all. I have a few suggestions.

1. Ogre slam: Don't make it a first level ability, move it to at least 2nd. Personally, I would probably make it a 3rd. Also, make the damage minimum damage needed to use this ability higher. Most characters using this class are going to have high strength and 10 points of damage is easy; my wife's bard does that much with her rapier all the time. I would say make the damage requirement at least 15, 20 would probably be better.

2. Grand Strike: Make the uses/day increase has the character goes up in level 1/day @3rd, 2/day @5th, 3/day @7, and 4/day @9th.

3. Grievous Blow: I would also make this increase as the class level increases. Something like this: Character must declare the use of this ability before the attack and damage are rolled. On a successful hit the character can do maximum damage on up to 1 attack per round, at 8th max damage on up to 2 attacks per round, and at 10th level max damage on up to 3 attacks per round. If the character scores a critical, the additional damage is rolled, not maximized.

Well, those are my thoughts on the matter. Thanks for posting. If you update add a post letting me know what you did.

I love the idea of a character being able to really toss around the competition.
