Assuming you mean rogue/cleric (thief = 2e), try the Temple Raider of Olidammara. Came out in Song and Silence (3e) and Complete Divine (3.5e).

Wasn't there a (gnome?) PrC in Races of Stone?

Divine Prankster I believe, but IIRC, it's more geared towards Bard/Cleric than Rogue/Cleric (could be wrong).

There's also the Black Flame Zealot, I think, in complete divine also.

AR

Divine Seeker from FR is a PrC mostly for thieves that want to have a Divine touch.
But it doesn't seem appropiate for a Rogue/Cleric

Cleric/Rogue is one combination that doesn't have a good PrC (except maybe in RoS - I don't own it?) There are some PrCs that aren't terrible for a Clr/Rog to take, but nothing resembling the Arcane Trickster (i.e. giving Sneak Attack and spellcasting progression.)

Black Flame Zealot is closer to an assassin/cleric PrC and only gets 1/2 spell progression, with slowed Sneak Attack (although it does get Death Attack and some nifty special abilities.) Temple Raider of Olidamarra is not a Clr/Rog PrC; it is a Rog PrC that gets some divine spellcasting ability and some special abilities (at the cost of fewer skill points and slower sneak attack.) Divine Agent gives 1/2 divine spell progression and reasonable skill points but no Sneak Attack progression at all.

If you have a reasonable DM you could try designing one yourself ^_^

The Auspician in Faiths and Pantheons is more of a cleric PrC than Cleric/Rogue, but the flavor fits some Cleric/Rogues very well. It's for worshippers of a god/goddess of luck, and has a bunch of luck-based powers and full spell progression. It has the saves and skill points of a Cleric, but does get some Rogue skills added to the skill list.
