Is there a prestige class out there for belly dancers or one that would fit well with the belly dancer theme?

Mongoose is coming out with a Temptress class which would be right up your alley for the Conan game in December (Hyboria's Fallen: Pirates, Thieves and Temptresses). It would not be hard to convert to a DnD class.

If you want something more magical, try the Frenzied Disciple from the Book of Erotic Fantasy (page 73). Most of its powers are dance related.

That book was more humorous than serious, though. It had a skill called Nookie, for example.
