Prestige classes for neutral wizard

Incantatrix and Archmage make a nice combination. If you're going into Epic levels, Incantatrix 10 + Dweomer Keeper 10 = -2 to all metamagic costs. Add one Improved Metamagic feat and quickened spells take up only one level higher slot.

I do like Fate Spinner, but you may want to consider just dipping into it. The first level ability is great, but too many levels will cost you too many caster levels.
