Would love some feedback. I really like the idea, and I think it is balanced, but definitely need some others to bounce the idea off of

Creator (12+ level prestige class)
Fluff
====================
Monsters were fought...
Puzzels were solved...
Chasms were crossed...
Now, deep in the dungeon, the adventurers came across a locked door. Sadly, their thief had died after having sworn there was no trap on the previous chest. Just yards away from the goal, the adventurers all sighed. A person was only allowed into this dungeon only once in their lives, the wizard allowed no more...and now their one trip was wasted. However, a feeble voice arose from the sage they had brought to answer the puzzels....
"Good news my friends, I had forgotten that I had a scroll of knocking"
Some people have the knack for summoning, creation and transmutation. For some of those people, it is less of a knack and more of a wonderful gift. These people can pull roses from nowhere or “happen” to have that needed rope.

-----Weapon and Armor Proficiency-----
The creator gains proficiency in all weapons and light armor.
-----Spell Casting-----
At every level, the character gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in a spellcasting class he belonged to before adding the prestige class. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained, except for an increased effective level of spellcasting. If a character had more than one spellcasting class before becoming a Creator, he must decide to which class he adds the new level for purposes of determining spells per day.
-----Item Specialty-----
At 2nd level, you gain the benefits of identify as a spell-like ability at will. At 4th level, you can "take 10" on "use magic device" checks even under pressure.
-----Improved Sight-----
With the creation of reality comes the ability to perceive it. Initially, at 3rd level you gain detect magic as a permanent ability. This eventually improves to Arcane Sight at 6th level and Greater Arcane Sight at 9th level. At 12th level you also gain True Seeing
==================
=----Creating----=
==================
The creator has learned to create matter from nothing into the form they desire. Normally this is a temporary process, but with application of will the creation can be made permanent. Unless made permanent, created items are obviously magical.
Creation is a standard action that requires focus and concentration and therefore provokes attacks of opportunity.
-----Creation Pool-----
A creator must devote spell slots into a creation pool (CP) to power their ability. A minimum of 1/2 of their spell levels must be devoted, and higher level spell slots must be devoted before lower level ones. Devoting spell slots takes 1 minute per spell level.
Devoted spell slots can be recovered by simply releasing them (free action). However, you cannot use them for spell casting until the first of the day following 24 hours. Of course, you must still maintain a devotion of 1/2 of your spell levels.
The value of the spell levels devoted is equal to the # of spell levels times your caster level. The Creation Pool recovers at a constant rate of 1/10th of the maximum per hour, although points used for the creation of an item cannot be recovered until that item is dismissed or it is made permanent.
-=<Example>=- Daryan is a 4th level fighter / 6th level Sorcerer / 2nd level Creator. With a casting level of 8, he has 48 spell levels. He must devote 24 spell levels (all of his 4th level and all but 1 3rd level) This will provide 192 CP's (24 * 8). He could devote the whole 48 spell levels, providing 384 CPs (48 * 8), or anywhere in between. With 192 CP's, he will recover 19 per hour.
-----Creation-----
To create an item, the creator expends a number of points equal to the effect desired. The cost is equal to the market cost divided by 25. A creator is limited to a maximum number of CP on any one effect equal to his creator level time his total caster level times his character level. He is also limited to the total number of created item he can maintain equal to his creator level.
-=<Example>=- Daryan can spend a maximum of 192 CPs (2*8*12) on any one effect, and can only maintain 2 create items at any one time. He needs to get past a wall, and, being unsure of what is on the other side, he decides flight is a good thing, and creates a scroll of fly for 15 CPs (375 gp / 25). In a tough spot, he could really use a ring of invisibility, but at 800 CPs (20,000 gp / 25) it is too expensive. Unsure of his next meal, he creates a ring of sustenance for 100 CPs (2,500 gp / 25).
-----Duration-----
Created items will stay in existence until dismissed (free action, does not have to be in possession) or the creator dies. The effects of usage of the items do not fade, so blows from a created mace do not fade, pasta boiled with created water does not become hard, and you are still full from eating a created meal, even after the creation is dismissed. To make a created item permanent, you must expend a number of xp equal to the CP cost. The only exception to this are the usage of items that provide a permanent benefit to the person that uses it (such as a Tome of Intelect). These items must be made permanent for their effects to remain. An item made permanent obviously does not count against the limit of items a creator can be maintaining at any one time.
-=<Example>=- Daryan has found the ring of sustenance to be very useful, and decides to make it permanent. As it cost 100 CPs to create, it cost 100 XP to make permanent.
-----Item Prerequisites-----
When making a magical Item, you only need to meet the caster level requirements (for most items, that is the level required to cast the spells, the listed CL is a guidline for found items). However, you use items as normal, therefore a sorcerer/creator must make a "use magic device" check to use a clerical scroll.
-=<Example>=- Daryan has been at the bad end of a fight with undead and needs resoration. He has a caster level of 8, more than enough to create it (minimum CL of 7, as it is a 4th level spell). However, to use it he will need to make a DC 27 Use Magic Device check (20+CL).
-----Enhancing-----
Creating can be used to enhance an item as well as just create one. The cost is as above, except only the difference between the new form and the old is paid for.
-=<Example>=- Later in life, Daryan wields a +1 Longsword, but finds himself in a fight with a Spectre. He steps back and adds ghost touch (+1 enhancement) to his blade. This costs him 240 CP's (the difference between +1 and +2 is 6,000 gp/25 = 240).
-----Deconstruct-----
Everything has its opposite, and with a creator this is no different. As they create, so they can destroy. However, this is not instantaneous, taking one hour per 1,000 gp value per creator level (ex - with a creator level of 6, the time is 1 hour per 6,000 GP, or 1 round per 10 gp.) 1/25th the value of what they destroyed goes into a pool which they can draw from to make created items permanent. This is a relatively slow process that takes more concentration than permitted in combat.
-----Feats-----
Feats can be expended to reduce the CP cost of an item. For each feat, the divisor is increased by 5 (25 -> 30 -> 35 --> 40 etc). This also reduces the XP put into a pool for deconstructing as well however (otherwise you can get an infinite XP pool by creating then destroying). Note that you must have a level in this class to take this feat (can take the feat coinciding with your first level in this class). In addition, you can only use feats gained by level for this purpose.
Thanks
