prestige domains - virtually impossible to get?

All these prestige domains, and CELERITY is the one you guys think is overpowered?

Try this on for size...

high level bard, maxed-out in chr (with +6 items and books and such), wants some good saves...
knowledge religion is a class skill for bards.
demons, devils, slaads, celestials, etc. can all be rationalized as embodying the highest ideals of an alignment (and if none of that works, use use magic device and read a scroll of commune).
free prestige domain at level 1 of contemplative
mysticism domain gives divine grace
badabing, badaboom, you have a bard with a fort save of +20-30 or so, and about 10 more than that in ref and will.

Fun, eh? (and yes...I have a bard/druid who is 18th level equivalent with 26/36/38 saves...drool...)

I recently saw some DotF FAQs, somewhere in ENWorld IIRC, although a quick hunt around to find them again proved unsuccessful.

Anyway, Monte Cook or the Sage suggested a feat that allowed a character to swap out a standard Domain for a Prestige Domain. The prereq. was pretty high, maybe the ability to cast 5th level divine spells, although that could well be wrong.

The fact that the feat only allowed a PrDomain to replace a standard Domain (rather than just becoming an extra one)was justified by the fact that many PrDomain abilities were more powerful than the average feat. Or somesuch.

Hopefully someone will have a link to what I'm talking about and can post something a little more definitive; if not, hopefully this is enough to promote some ideas for those who are interested in opening up PrDomains a bit.
