Privateer Press PDFs?

Does anyone know if Privateer Press ever released their books in PDF form? I'm interested in picking up the Monsternomicon and Monsternomicon vol. 2, but I'd much prefer PDF versions, since I've run out of shelf space for physical books.

As an aside, was the original Monsternomicon ever updated to 3.5E? I know the original came out in 2002, and I'm curious if it ever got converted.

Yes, the original Monsternomicon was updated to 3.5, I have a copy of that book. As for the PDFs, I don't know. I've never seen them....

After a bit of research, I see two PDFs from Privateer Press. Neither of them are sourcebooks though.

Yes there is a 3.5 monsternomicon.

I emailed Privateer a year or two ago with some errata for it and asking if the books would ever be put out in pdf and they said they had no plans to do so.

I've got Monsternomicon 3.5 and Monsternomicon II and they are good books, but I too would like them in pdf.

Nope, I tried getting the Iron Kingdoms books on PDF about 3-4 months ago and they said they weren't interested in selling pdf's.

In this day and age that attitude really surprises me.

It shouldn't. Pirating is crazy. Heck, pirated versions of the 4E core books are already out.
Pirating is going to happen whether or not pdfs exist. This only makes it more inconvenient for the honest customers who would like to get an electronic copy of the book.

I agree. There are no legal PDF's of 4E available, but pirated PDF's of the 4E core book set are already available.

I don't do pirating. I don't need to be going to prison for something so stupid and so meaningless.

Still, I bet you there are pirated PDF's of Privateer out there.
