privateer press?

Hi,
I am great fun of privateer press products like witchfire trilogy etc... But as I see there isn't much action lately. After the witchfire (great quality product imo) i thought that the company would give us more and more but actually only monsternomicon and lock and load has been released. What really happened to the first momentum?

Day jobs slow the crew down.

Also, they had to shift some of the workload to get Warmachine out and that caused IK Guide to be delayed. They have not sent out any info regarding a release date for the Guide.

There is a PDF, "Fool's Errand," that is available. Also, there are two articles on the IK in Gaming Frontiers 1 & 2. But, Privateer has stated that they plan to collect those two items together.

They have gotten quiet on the yahoo group they have set up lately though...

I know I've been working on some material for them. I think the planned release is GenCon.

Planned release of what exactly, oh Mr. Cat out of the bag? I'm assuming you mean the IKCG, but with Privateer, ya never know...

BTW, Hardcore IK Fans definitely want to at least peruse WarMachine Prime, the mini game rule book, it has at least a good 40 pages of fiction and setting notes that you will enjoy. Tons of great artwork too...

I'm not sure. I'm just told what type of material I need to write, given some info, and get to writing.

PRIME is indeed a necessity to add to your IK fluff collection. It is one of the best published books that I have bought to date.

With regard to some people complaining about pushed back release dates, etc. etc., the books that have been released, complemented by the website and the yahoo group are MORE than ample resources to begin campaigning in the Iron Kingdoms.

It is a fantastic world just waiting to be cracked open. I encourage everyone to at the least go peruse the website.

I e-mailed them about the CS too, and when it will be released and recieved this response:

"Indeed we are! We have had some unfortunate setbacks which we’ll announce details of in the near future. One of our staff has suffered an unexpected injury that has slowed progress on the book for a while. However, we’ll have an update on the site soon, with a preview of what to expect when the book releases after this summer.

Thanks!

I hope everything turns out ok, the books they have put out so far are really good.
