Problem changing my status to Community Supporter

Hi everyone.

I love EN World and wanted to finally become a Community Supporter so I clicked on the link found at the top of most EN World forum pages "Become a Community Supporter"

This led me to an RPGnow.com website with the following instructions:

1) Ensure that you have a regular (free) memeber account registered on the EN World messageboards.

2) Purchase your Community Supporter Account here at RPGNow.com.

3) Email russell.morrissey@virgin.net with your EN World username and the email address connected to your account here at RPGNow. This will enable me to match up your transaction with your EN World account.

I followed the instructions to the letter but I have not had my status changed or recieved an email from russell.morrissey explaining any issues. I purchased this and wrote the email on 1/8/04. I sent a followup email asking for feedback on 1/21/04. I have received no replies.

Anyone out there able to help me? In addition to wanting to show my support for this great community I really want the ability to Search.
