Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Packrat prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Packrats gain no proficiency with any weapon or armor. (see Frying Pan below.)
Pass on the Bane: Activatable as a free action at will, all characters who have been within a 10 foot radius of the procrastinator are affected by this. On their next 1d6 strenuous rolls - (anything considered 'work', such as attacking, casting a spell that isn't for the sake of humor, doing a skill check for a reason beyond amusement, or any other work-related roll) They must make a Will save with a DC equal to 10 + 1/2 of Procrastinator's HD + Procrastinator's CHA Modifier.
Avoid Unpleasantness: If you are in an unpleasant situation, such as needing to work for money, you can do very little work and still get paid, or leave after you get there and are seen. People don't notice you not working, they don't even notice that you aren't there. The same can be done if you are expected to be somewhere or do something. They get a Will save as above to notice.
Laziness: Whenever in a situation as described in Pass on the Bane, The Procrastinator flips a coin/rolls a d2 etc. On the low result, they must make a will save as if they had been affected by Pass on the Bane
-End
