One thing about the Weaver is that weaving is a civizilized human(oid) activity, especially given your allusions to the weaving being of a tapestry of fate. Spiders weave webs to capture prey, a very different purpose. Some birds weave nests for yet another purpose. (To say caterpillars weave cocoons is a bit of a stretch, but there's still one more.)

The Flower can't really be a progenitor of humans, right? She was a human who ascended to godhood. Maybe she adopted them as her own, but she couldn't have created them given current mythology. Not that myth ≠ truth....

Definitely an adoption angle, yes. Or the inverse?

"We made you -our- god. So take care of us."

Also worth noting:

With Flight becoming extremely limited in Level Up, Nazzar might get some big penalties. Like a fly speed where they have to end their turn on something that can support their weight. Less "Flight" more "Hover-Hops".

Sounds Beetle-Like, to me.

Reminiscent of the earliest flying dinosaurs, who did tree-to-tree glides but couldn’t do much more. Useful for both escaping predators and/or ambushing prey.
