Prone AoO and Mounted Opponents

I just finished semi testing a mounted combat fight. I was a large character riding a huge mount.
My opponent was medium riding a large mount. He was riding his mount and it went prone with him on the mount.

A few questions about being prone.
If mount goes prone are you thrown off?
If not are you pinned or anything?
Are you allowed to make attacks of opportunity like with Robilar's gambit?
Can you hit a mounted enemy while you are prone?
Mounted combat says you occupy your mount's space but a huge mount is pretty big for someone to reach rider from prone. Granted he did have a Monkey Gripped large lance.

Are you flat footed when prone?

How exactly does Robilars Gambit work. You have to assume a stance it says. Is it always on. Does it work like ToB stance abilities. Can you use it while prone. does attacks like trip sunder grapple and bull rush activate it?

It is a good idea for the DM to rule as such. The Mount rules leave this open since the terming is If Your Mount Falls in Battle.
If not are you pinned or anything?
Pinning someone beneath their prone mount is more of a WFRP thing.
Are you allowed to make attacks of opportunity like with Robilar's gambit?

Rules allow it, though the mount rules are a tad to simplified IMHO.
