Prone/Unconcious occupying a square?

What are the rules about if an character goes unconscious and then an ally steps into their space. But then the unconscious ally is revived and gets up. Who gets ejected?

Same question but this time an enemy enters the unconscious characters space.

Same pair of questions but this time the ally is just prone, not unconscious, can you even stop in the space?

The official FAQ from WoTC addresses this issue. The answer is neither. If an unconscious character is awakened and finds another creature in his square nothing happens unless he tries to stand up. At this point there are two options (as I see it), first, if the people occupying the square are allies then one can easily move over one square to accommodate the other. Second, if they are not allies then they can make opposing strength checks to determine who gets shunted aside. keep in mind that the -4 to melee attacks only applies on the touch attack of a grapple so the prone character can easily grapple another character at no penalty in which case they still occupy the same space.
