Proposal: Silversheen (Special Material)

I can see where you're coming from. There's a lot of things that cover the silver angle (though differently applied, and having different properties), and even one with the same name. The Silversheen (item), Silversheen (material) issue is pretty understandable, and mildly annoying; it's the kind of thing that should have been caught.
As for it's trade-up value from Alchemical Silver, I thought that Silversheen (material) had the same damage penalty. I assumed that since they count as Alchemical Silver that they would inherit all the properties of it as well.

I took that to mean that the Silversheen weapon would bypass DR/silver but not have the extra damage penalty alchemical silver has. Immunity to rust doesn't quite seem enough to justify the extra cost; add elimination of the damage penalty, however, and that seems right to me.
