In the 'Yes!' catagory... lots of actions being changed from standard to minor.

In the 'ONLY TWO MONTHS TOO LATE, WIZARDS'.... Mindlink Strike is actually playable as written.

In the 'WTF why did you do this, Wizards?'... Magic Missile is now a completely different power utterly. Which is to say... a not entirely -bad- power... 2/3/5+Intellegence+enhancement bonus damage as an effect and as a ranged basic attack... with the master's wand which adds a push automatically... Or staff of missile mastery which adds the item bonus to the damage (Staff of Ruin won't) and allows multitargetting... and because Dual Implement Spellcaster tells you to add the enhancement bonus, it actually -works- with the new magic missile...

....hmmm.

The Staff of Missile Mastery is a little screwy. You do more damage on a crit with magic missile... but you can't crit with MM because there's no attack roll!

... and because Dual Implement Spellcaster tells you to add the enhancement bonus, it actually -works- with the new magic missile...

Dual Implement adds the second Implement's enhancement bonus to damage rolls, though.
