Protection from Evil curiosity

I actually had a thread on this a long time ago, after a co-player in a game wanted a helm of PfE and I thought it was too powerful. At the time, we came up with the price of 20K, but looking at it again, I'm convinced we must have forgotten a power or two of the spell.

The sword sounds reasonable, however: swords aren't always equipped (unlike rings/helms), and they can be disarmed. And I think such an item is okay, as long as it's really expensive; a charater level is pretty expensive .

The FAQ talks a bit about this. Items and effects which affect evil creatures will affect any creature of lawful evil, neutral evil, and chaotic evil alignment. In addition, if your type is [Evil] you will be affected, regardless of what your actual alignment is. Merely being a demon makes you vulnerable to holy weapons, even if you are a LG demonic paladin of Heironious.

Shouldn't the last two read:

Actual result: All but non-lawful Good are warded.

Actual result: All but non-chaotic Good are warded.

Hmmm...

... yeah. Looks right.
