I just checked and realised that I did not approve Psergei yet. If you remove all this talk of the Desert domain from the table (for now--you can add it later), I'd be happy to approve the fluff.

Done and done. The Desert domain should probably have a separate proposal anyway. Just vote on Psergei, the information contained in the first post.

Unrelated note: I will be looking at your Academy feats soon. It's a lot to chew on, but I have more time now so I'll get on it.
