I heard there a supplement to the psionic handbook

Can someone point me out to the adress?

I heard it was on WOTC, but i couold'nt find it anywhere!

You might be thinking of "If Thoughts Could Kill". Bruce Cordell, the author of the PsiHB, decided to change the psionic system slightly. He put the alternate system at the end of an adventure that he wrote, which is called "If Thoughts Could Kill". It's a PDF file that you can buy for around $5, IIRC. They are also doing a limited print run.

It contains the stats for Gem Dragons and a couple of other Psionic monsters.

If you go to http://www.wizards.com/dnd/archive.asp?x=dnd/psi,3 you can find all of the additional Psionics material that WotC has put on their website, including a new psionic item, a few new feats, some new powers, a new Prestige Class, and some other Psionics-related things.

If it is from WotC, then you are probably thinking of The Mind's Eye - http://www.wizards.com/dnd/archive.asp?x=dnd/psi,3 .

It has new Psionic powers, feats, and a new prestige class.

there is also the psionic toolkit. I'm not sure what's in it, but it deals with psionic. Or are you thinking of the redone prestige classes that one of the writers did and posted to the net.
