Oh yeah. It hurt my brain trying to summarize it. I didn't even think about including the charts for using a psionic blast on a non-psionic.

They were.

They were just bad in a different way.

I like the idea of psionic combat and psionic powers, just never seen it done yet in D&D in a way I like.
