It's a 6 PP augment, isn't it? And no, it would not. The power description says: "As dimension door (page 221 of the Player's Handbook), except as noted here."
Turning to page 221 of the Player's Handbook, we see: "After using this spell, you can’t take any other actions until your next turn." Nothing in the psionic dimension door entry changes that, so it applies.
Changing the type of action required to manifest the power from a standard to a move doesn't relieve you from the "can't take any other actions" clause, just as using Quicken Spell to cast DD as a free action wouldn't do so.
