Psionic Dodge Question

Psionic Dodge from the SRD:

You must be psionically focused to use this feat. You receive a +1 dodge bonus to your Armor Class. This bonus stacks with the bonus from the Dodge feat (but only applies on attacks made by the opponent you have designated).

So is the last statment in the parenthesis meant to refer to the bonus from Psionic Dodge, or is it just refering to bonus from the Dodge Feat? Does the Psionic Dodge bonus apply to all attacks?

Yes, Psionic Dodge refers to AC vs. all attacks. Dodge only applies to one designated opponent. These bonuses stack only against that one designated opponent.
