Psionic feat question

Is there a psionic feat that allows one to substitute a different ability for one's primary discipline ability? For example a shaper using Constitution instead of Intelligence?

If Thoughts Could Kill and Mindscapes have a variant rule where psions get to choose two secondary disciplines at character creation, and can use those disciplines with their primary ability (affecting DC and maximum level). That's not a feat though.
