Psionic Identify

The Psionic Identify manifesting time is "One Day".
At no point can I find clear instructions on how to handle this, as the rule for manifestation ends at "One minute".

How would you handle the mechanic?
Does the Psion need to make concentration checks throughout the day to hold on to the manifestation?
Is the Psion able to perform other tasks during that day?
Is the Psion able to manifest other powers during that day?
Is the Psion able to sleep during that day?

These are the major questions I have surrounding manifestation times greater than "a minute". Any expert around that could address them?

For practical purposes, it's the same as a casting time of one day.

You spend 24 hours doing nothing except breathing and concentrating on the spell power in question. If you get hit during this time, you need to make a concentration check to not lose the spell power.

When you're done, you're going to be both tired and hungry due to fasting for 24 hours while not sleeping.

That is more or less what I'd assumed, but it is nice to ear another person agree.
