Psionics and Lycanthropy

Just checking on this. . .

I'm putting together a human wererat seer. My question is: what psionic powers will this character be able to use when in various forms? I see the following in the SRD:

A lycanthrope spellcaster cannot cast spells with verbal, somatic, or material components while in animal form, or spells with verbal components while in hybrid form.

From what I can see, the character will use all his powers in all his forms because he is not a spell caster that needs to use spellcasting components. There are displays associated with powers, but those happen as a result of the manifestation, correct?
