Greetings,

just say I manifest Empathic Transfer to transfer wounds from an ally to myself.

Does this classify as taking damage? Specifically, if I have already activated Share Pain, Forced (target is forced to share damage with me), would the Empathic Transfer hurt them as well?

IMO, No. The power Empathic Transfer ignores all damage reduction, regeneration or Energy Immunities. Firstly I would argue that you it is because you are choosing to take on your ally's pain empathically. Secondly, the forced share pain power describes it as sharing your wounds with another, and they aren't your wounds .

The target regains a number of hit points equal to the dice result, and you lose hit points equal to half of that amount. (This loss can bring you to 0 or fewer hit points.) Powers and abilities you may have such as damage reduction and regeneration do not lessen or change this damage, since you are taking the target’s pain into yourself in an empathic manner. The damage transferred by this power has no type, so even if you have immunity to the type of damage the target originally took, the transfer occurs normally and deals hit point damage to you.

Yeah I would have probably ruled the same way, was just checking if there had been any "official" word on the topic.

How about Empathic Trasnfer, Forced?

Could I use that after an Empathic Transfer? The Forced trasnfers hit point damage which, by description, implies that if I take multiple HPs from allies, I can then wound an enemy with the stored damage.

Hostile Empathic Transfer could work, yes.
