PsyWar/Forsaker?

Hi folks, I'm a Dm and a player and I just bought MotW.
When I've read The Forsaker, a great doubt took me.
Did Psion or Psionic warrior lose their power when they became Forsaker?
I ask this one because as a Dm I want to make a great bodyguard for a Psion villain. Poor players
And as a player to make a brok.. ehm.. fantastic character drow or deep gnome PsyWar6/For7....
(My Dm didn't use the EL class system... I'm lucky )
So, is it possible?

Psionics count as spell-like abilities, so no psi for a forsaker.

The PsyWar/Forsaker could still use Psionic feats though.

Still, you are losing a lot. I really hope that at some point we get some official rulings on some of the Forsaker options. It's a great class, but so much just isn't covered.....

... until you're attacked psionically. Defense modes are spell-like. Don't use defenses = doomed. Do use defenses = no Forsaker abilities.

That's a good catch 22. Use defenses, die cause you lose Forsaker abiliites. Don't use defenses, die anyway. I like that, I like that very much.
