Check out the new Ptolus Flash trailer created by Chris McDonough. This movie premieres at the Malhavoc Press website, but you can catch it on the "big screen" at the White Wolf/Sword & Sorcery booth at Gen Con Indy in August. This cool piece illustrates the many deluxe components and cool artwork of Ptolus: City by the Spire. (And no, that's not Monte narrating the voiceover.)

I have no real interest in Ptolus as a sourcebook but HOLY CRAP has Monte pulled out all the stops on this thing.

Yep, that's the official pronunciation, even though I like to pronounce it like a latin name myself, which sounds a bit like the name in the trailer but with a slight "p". [p-TOE-lus]

People scoffed at the installment plan, but after (almost) a year of $10 payments a month, it doesn't feel like I really paid much of anything for it.
