Published Campaign Settings

What are the published campaign settings (for 3.xe)? I'm trying to build a complete list.
By "setting" I mean books that provide a backroud for a 3.x core rules game, perhaps with some additions or modifications but the core rules must actually be needed to play (and the PH in particular). Requiring another book for rules (the psionics handbook, oriental adventures) is still alright, I suppose. I'm not looking for standalone RPGs or d20 Modern settings.

Settings:
Acrohelion (Great Mastiff Corporation)
All For One & One For All (Avalanche Press)
Ancient Kingdoms: Mesopotamia (Necromancer Games)
Arcanis (Paradigm Concepts)
Aztecs: Empire of the Dying Sun (Avalache Press)
Blackmoor (Goodman Games)
Codex of Erde (Troll Lord Games)
Dragon Lords of Melnibone (Chaosium)
Dragonlacne (WotC)
Dragonmech (White Wolf Publishing)
Dragonstar (Fantasy Flight Games)
Dark Legacies (Red Spire Press)
Dawnforge (Fantasy Flight Games)
Demon Wars (Fast Forward Entertainment)
Dungeonworld (Fast Forward Entertainment)
Eberron (WotC)
Egyptian Adventures: Hamunaptra (Green Ronin)
Endless Sands (Avalanche Press)
Forgotten Realms (WotC)
Ghostwalk (WotC)
Greyhawk (WotC)
Harn (Columbia Games) [system-neutral]
I Modred (Avalanche Press)
Iron Kingdoms (Privateer Press)
Karanblade (Dragon & Dice Studios) [system-neutral]
Kingdoms of Kalamar (Kenzer)
Medieval Player's Manual (Green Ronin) (I think it includes a setting?)
Midnight (Fantasty Flight Games)
Morningstar (Goodman Games)
Nymabe: African Adventures (Atlas Games)
Oathbound (Bastion Press)
Ravenloft (White Wolf Publishing)
Scarred Lands (White Wolf Publishing)
Sovereign Stone (Sovereign Press)
Skull and Bones (Green Ronin)
Testament (Green Ronin)
The Black Company (Green Ronin)
The Hunt - Rise of Evil (Mystic Eye Games)
Twin Crowns (Living Imagination)
Valus (Different Worlds)
Viking Age (Avalanche Press)
Warcarft (White Wolf Publishing)
Wilderlands (Necromacner Games)

On the Horizon:
Thieve's World (Green Ronin)

Too Small: You can set your campaign here, but it isn't quite a campaign setting
Bluffside: City on the Edge (Mystic Eye Games)
Freeport (Green Ronin)
Necropolis (Necromancer Games) [adventure and environment only]
The Grey Citadel (Necromancer Games) [adventure and city]
City State of the Invincible Overlord (Necromancer Games)

Need Two Books:
7th Sea (AEG) [need Swashbuckling Adventures d20]
Rokugan (AEG) [need Oriental Adventures]
Mindshadows (Green Ronin) [needs Psionics Handbook]
Second World Sourcebook () [needs d20 Modern ?!]

Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed fits the bills (the upcoming Arcana Evolved fits it even better).
The World's Largest Dungeon (AEG) could be considered a campaign setting as well.

JediSoth: It is my understanding that Arcana Unearthed/Evolved is an alternate game system, effectively another game - you don't need the PH, and the DMG and MM don't quite fit in (different spell-like abiltiies for monsters, different pricing of magic items...). Indeed, I was under the impression setting details are so slim that a different book was offered detailing the setting (albeit a slim one). But I'm not familiar with it: are the core rules required, or is it a standalone?
As for the World's Largest Dungeon, I again don't know it but does it include setting material (outside of the dungeon proper)? From the description it sounds like a campaign more than a campaign setting.

Hand of Evil: Conan, at least, is a standalone RPG. I'm looking for tie-in settings, places to play in using the 3.x rules, not independent standalone games (however similar to D&D). I'm not familiar with Shane (?) or Lone Wolf, I'll check.

Maliki: thanks.

Diaglo: is Harn a world fitting the D&D tropes? It is publsihed as "system-neutral", which in my experience means "you can try to play it with D&D rules, but you'll have to bend backwards to explain why there aren't everburning torches around, no teleporation circles, no orcs or goblins, and so on." Do you thing Harn is easily modeled by D&D?
