Published rules for Drunkeness?

Aside from the guidelines presented for the Drunken Master prestige class in Sword & Fist, has any d20 product provided rules for getting drunk? If so, are they open content? If yes, then could you post them here and tell where the rules came from?

Magic of Faerun had something under the celebrate spell, and Traps & Treachery had rules for using alcohol as an attribute-draining poison. I don't have either book, so I don't know if the T&T rule is open content.

Yep... here ya go.

Format: Name: type; method and Fortitude save DC; initial temporary damage; secondary temporary damage (occurs 1 min after poisoning); cost for a single exposure.

Alcohol (Moderate): chemical nerve; ingested DC 11; 1d2 Dex; 1 Dex; price varies.

Alcohol (Severe): chemical nerve; ingested DC 14; 1d4 Dex and 1d4 Con; unconsiousness and 1d4 Con; price varies.

I'm not sure that I agree with their handling of it, but it's the only thing that's out there... If it were up to me, I'd make it 1d2 Wis for Moderate and 1d4 Dex and 1d4 Wis for Severe.

Sidewinder by Citizen Games will have some (well, it's a wild west game and you spend a lot of time in saloons!).

It's not out yet (I did some playtesting on it) and they probably won't be open content but I'll give you the short version:

Fort save with a DC that increases cumulatively with each drink you have. Failing a save decreases certain stats and you can keep on drinking until a stat reaches zero. Needless to say, when you're drunk, you stats go down the toliet!

I thought it was a good representation on alchohol, better that using it as a poison.

Look for it soon, it's supposed to be out in the sping sometime.
