Bastion is working with Studio 2 on the release of Ed Greenwood's Castlemorn with a likely release date in late September. Castlemorn will be a hardcover with full color artwork.

Yes! You just made my night!

I have been looking forward to this for a couple of years. I thought it was completely dead, and I'm so happy to hear it will actually be out in the next couple of months.

Thanks, Bastion!

12 to Midnight is in a growth phase right now. (It's always feast or famine, isn't it?) We have several projects lined up and should have a very busy 3rd and 4th quarters. Brainwashed just hit RPGNow today.

We have an announcement to make regarding a partnership with another company. With Brainwashed out, the press release is our next priority.

Skinwalker, an adventure based on the American Indian legend, will hit at the end of August or early September.

Beyond that, we have a modern murder mystery, a traditional fantasy adventure, the ultimate haunted house adventure, the sequel to Weekend Warriors (yes, the original was a 1-shot), a ghost-related adventure, and one or two that I'm forgetting at the moment. All of these have complete or near-completed first drafts are merely await their place in the production cycle. And as always, there's Modern Dispatch.

It's much more thant we're used to managing, and as a company of "part timers" it's taking some adjustment. Still, it's the kind of problem we want to have.

Edit: Forgot to mention that Jerry Blakemore, 12 to Midnight officer and the author of Weekend Warriors, will be helping out at the RPGObjects booth at GenCon.

To give you a little more info, the text has been undergoing a bit of tweaking by Tom Knauss and Tim Hitchcock and is now in the final editing stage. I served as the art director for the first time with this book and I have to say that some of these images will knock your eyeballs out, especially when you see some of the scenic vistas that Gareth Verleyen did and some of the other stuff by a guy named Bruce Colero (remember that name, you will be seeing again in the future). As the book grows closer to being released, there will be previews and sneak peeks. :)

Oh yeah, we are planning to have at least a partial mock-up of the book at Gen Con if everything goes well.

Well, at the moment, I (personally) am very heavily into RuneQuest design. However, for D20 and Gen Con, we have;

The Wars RPG (should hit just before the show, actually.
Battlefront/Incursion - the first two supplements for Wars

That is just the next 2-3 weeks!

There goes my Gen Con budget...

Is this going to be OGL? Standard d20?

I was vaguely interested in it when Fast Forward was handling it, then hopeful, then it fell off the gaming earth, now hopeful again.

Hate Ed's fiction, love his RPG stuff.

In stores within the last week we have the ENnie-nominated Temple Quarter, Frankenstein's Children (our second boardgame) and the latest reprint of the d20 System Character Record Folio, which has a revised psionics page that now supports the Expanded Psionics Handbook and our own Psychic's Handbook/Advanced Player's Manual system.

Next week the Thieves' World Player's Manual, Eternal Rome, and SpirosBlaak should be shipping to distributors. Those all ought to be in stores before GenCon.

At print now we've got Murder at the Vulgar Unicorn (a Thieves' World adventure) and the Freeport Trilogy: 5-Year Anniversary Edition, both of which ought to debut at GenCon.

Within the next week Mutants & Masterminds, Second Editon and Blue Rose Companion should be heading to print.

In WFRP news the Old World Armoury has just been released. Next month will be Sigmar's Heirs: A Guide to the Empire and after that is Paths of the Damned: Spires of Altdorf.

On top of all that, we have some GenCon surprises. Look for announcements soon.

Gen Con surprises eh?

Well, the Midkemia page has been talking about doing a d20 version... nah, that'd be too good to be true.

True20 information on some of the possible settings?

Another license?

Freeport 2.0?

Ah, another reason Gen Con has the fun, all the secret announcements.
