Is there any reason why sometimes people's sig shows up and sometimes it does not? Kind of a dumb question but I was just wondering.

Should show up all the time. Can you point me to an example?

My sig appears right under this text. It says "The latest survey says: 3 out of 4 people comprise 75% of the world's population." Or something to that effect.
