The "they" in this case is in fact a "you" - or, more precisely, "the person who wishes to review the product". Just click on the "add product" link and add it. :)

Yeah, I know I can add it. But my hands are tired from writing the review :p

(Mostly joking, but I really don't know how Joe, Simon, and Alan can keep up their pace)

Word Count

Hi all!

I'd also like to point out that it takes time to write reviews, good or bad. IIRC, the Stargate SG-1 review was well over 2000 words. My daily output as a fiction writer is 1.2K per day. Yes, fiction and critique are different types of writing. However, it still takes time put out these reviews.

Moreover, it's volunteer work. Jeremy doesn't get paid for his contributions. In fact, even folks who get comp. copies are spending their time working below "pay rate," in both the reading and writing process without dedicating playtest time.

Whenever you read an on-line review, remember that, regardless of perceived quality, this was done out of a spirit of helpful contribution. There is nothing "lazy" about it.

Thanks for reading. :)

WRT adding products: We had some reviews monkeys for a while, though turing over adding products to the public has lightened our load, it seems like whenever I need to submit an AEG product review, I need to add the product myself. I just had to add the Faceman/Snoop class guide despite it being out since GenCon. SG-1, alas, I can see peeking out from under Redhurst, thee FFE books, Agents of Faith, and Secrets of the Crane, but it's not quite there yet...
