Queen of Lies in Scared Lands?

If I am thinking of the right module it was set for ANY world. It is pretty easy to fit into any campaign world.

Hope that helps

As I stated in the other thread, just because it is from Sword & Sorcery Studios, it doesn't mean that it is set in the Scarred Lands. Queen of Lies is set in a generic fantasy world.

It is actually from Fiery Dragon, who don't do Scarred Lands products. It is merely distributed by S&SS as part of their product line. Monte Cook is doing the same with the print editions of his recent PDF products.

Yep, it's generic. In fact, I would probably assume it would be more work to convert Queen of Lies to the Scarred Lands than it would be to convert it to most other fantasy settings, simply because Queen of Lies presumes dark elves of a matriarchal, spider-worshipping bent, which is pretty different from the SL tattoo-magic golem-crafter dark elves.

Bard has a point. The Dark Elves of the Scarred Lands, they don't like spiders. They are underground yes, and fight dwarves BUT they aren't spider worshipping socio-paths from Faerun. They orderly, intelligent AND they work well together to make new and more interesting things with tatoos and golems/constructs.

That said, I don't see why you COULDN'T use Queen of Lies in a Scarred Lands campaign, but Xarlen, the module ISN'T SL based in anyway. The Serpent in the Fold will be, since it will be a SL adventure but doesn't mean you can use some of the elements in that adventure in another world.
