Well, a typical cleric of good deity should be very skeptical of her. And actual use of some Evil power (such as the use of energy drain, summon Tana'ri, inappropriate use of Charm Monster, etc.) may be enough to convince him that the Succubus is no different from usual evil ones.
Of course, that is a NPC and you are the DM. So, you can decide how forgiving said cleric is. But typical good clergymen will not trust that "not-so-evil" Succubus easily. Thus, even if he is very forgiving, if the cleric is known to be associating with such a doubtful creature, other members of his church may start to see him in skeptical eyes.
IMHO, if a player don't like to play a character who always suffer from good people's prejudice, he should not play a character of evil race. On the other hand, if the player accepts that kind of social drawbacks and enjoy playing such role, it can be a great campaign.
But in that case, it will be much easier to play converted "good" Succubus than to play a neutral not-so-evil Succubus. Something neutral is hard to role play indeed.
