When weasel strikes an opponent and it hit and attach in 1st round, the blood drain starts from 1st or 2nd round. ?

This came up on the old boards -- I believe the overwhelming consensus was that the Con drain "officially" occurred *right before* the Weasel's initiative came up again the next round.
So the timing of the Con drain of Weasels and Stirges is kind of like the timing of casting a full-round spell like Summon Monster I. The effect goes off *just* before you move next.
And if you ask me about hasted Weasels, I'm afraid I'll have to kill you.

But I've got lots of questions about hasted weasels!
How fast can you say hasted fiendish dire weasels? What sort of insane wizard would cast such a spell? Do weasels have a "blood" limit? Does haste have a big effect on this limit? Does their heightened metabolism force them to drink more blood? 50% more? Isn't this a problem if it drains TWICE as much blood? Wont the hasted fiendish dire weasel explode? What happens if the weasel becomes a vampire? Can it drain more blood? Does it still run the risk of exploding?
