Question about iterative attacks and natural attacks

Ok, this came up 'cause I'm building a dragon disciple. He wields a spiked chain and had gained his natural attacks - bite and 2 claws.

I know he can't use his 2 claws while he's holding onto the spiked chain.

He has increased to Large size, so his reach is 10'. 15' with the spiked chain. So he can bite and claw up to 10'.

His base attack bonus is +7/+2 (before feats, strength, etc).

To figure out his bonus for his bite, is it at +7, +2, or does it depend on whether he's attacking with his chain this round? If he isn't attacking with his chain, can he get 2 bites because of his base attack bonus?

Chainless, he can claw twice. I assume his bite is his primary attack and is at +7, so each claw would be at +2

I guess what I'm getting at is, what are his bonuses and numbers of attacks if he attacks with the following combos:

Just Spiked Chain
Spiked Chain + Bite
Just Bite
Bite + Claws
Just Claws

Anybody understand my confusion? Anybody have any answers?

1. +7/+2
2. +7/+7 (primary natural weapon uses full attack bonus) or just +7 (if you can't you use your full attack bonus for the chain AND the Bite?) or +7 (bite)/+2 (Chain) - how's that for a non-answer?
3. +7
4. +7/+2/+2
5. +2/+2 (all secondary natural weapons assume the -5 penalty regardless of when they are taken)

Except for #2 I think that's correct.
