Question about superior implements

Does the +1 attack bonus from an "accurate wand" superior implement stack with normal magical wands? In this particular case, the PC has a +2 wand already; does taking the superior implement feat give her an additional +1 to hit?

I have to think it does, or it's the most useless feat in existence, but the character builder is not cooperating. Am I doing something wrong?

Follow-up question #1: Do you have to have, and wield, a specific accurate wand? Or does the bonus apply with any wand you wield?

Follow-up question #2: is it just me, or is the dagger implement not in the CB?

Thanks for any advice.

Under Shop make sure you're clicking "Magic Implements" as your category. This gives you the option to select the type of superior implement and its magical enhancement. The regular Tome/Staff/Symbol etc categories are basically for non-superior, at this point (which is useless, superior implements work identically when equipped, adding the feat just gives you the superior implement bonus in addition to the stuff you had from it being magical).

Works with any magical wand, so long as it is superior (superior isn't a magical property, after all). And the Dagger is under Magic Implements (and the generic Superior ones are under Superior Implements).

Yes, unnamed bonuses stack with enhancement bonuses.

As someone said above.

Superior implements are specific items with their own costs and such, it's not like the implement mastery that a wizard gets.

But that extra cost won't apply if you have, say, a Magic petrified orb +1, which costs the same as a Magic Orb +1.

No it isn't just you, I'm not in the Character Builder either.
