A question for those with the Sovereign Stone books. Can a spellcaster cast while wearing armour and not suffer ASF?

Not ASF yes, suffer a bit yes.

Spellcasters takes a casting penalty of -2, -4, -6 for wearing light, medium or heavy armor respectively. Shields are a seperate matter and a mage needs a feat to use a shield and cast at all.
