Question on enhancing Warforged

In the Magic of Faerun, there is an armor enhancement called Blueshine that, among other things, makes the armor immune to rust and acid.

Warforged are able to be enhanced as if they were armor.

My question is whether or not a Warforged can enhance his armor with this ability to make him immune to rust?

Only if he's made of metal, and the material is allowed by your DM.

I don't have Magic of Faerun so I don't know if there's anything in the description that precludes its use, but if not, warforged should be able to pick it up. Assuming that ability is present in a given Eberron campaign, that is.

2) DM allows Blueshine in his Eberron campaign.

Answer: Yes, a 'forged coule be enchanted with this ability, making him all but immune to Rust Monsters, Rusting Grasp and similar ilk. Except when he's in an anti-magic field or for some other reason Blueshine isn't working.

Of course, if the Warforged is in an antimagic field/dead magic zone/what have you, he still can't be affected by Sp abilities, Su abilites, or spells.

Immune to rust, yes. Immune to acid, no: warforged also have components of wood, stone, etc.
