Question on Errata, or How to Make an Invincable NPC

THe Curst template is rather nice. First, it's darn near impossible to kill. It has regeneration, is undead so subdual damage is voided (also immune to all forms of turn/rebuke), and the only way to make it permanently gone is to hit it with Remove Curse, which it can likely save against with SR 12+level and a Will save.

Then I noticed the really scary thing. (I'd like to note here that I have found NO errata on this on WotC's site) THe regeneration ability outlines lethal damage in the creatures write up. In the Curst's case NOTHING is listed as lethal. As such, all damage is immediately converted to subdual and voided as the Curst is undead.
I tap two white mana and bury your Wall of Shadows.

Oh wait. Wrong game system! :D

First, Kender, I use my cast life drain for 1 life taken from you, then use my pestilance for 19 points. Hehe :D I love being a geek.

Next, Plane Sailing, I was just pointing out that, if following the rules as posted and taking errata into consideration, this could likely wipe out a party. Just found it funny and felt like sharing. On that note, I would likely replace the regen with a heathy fast healing instead. As posted by someone else, regen doesn't make sense on undead for me. I think fast healing fits the flavour more. THat or I'd alter the regen description on the monster so there was SOME sort of lethal damage.

I remember in one of my evil DM moments, I made an NPC Curst Ghostwalker(? - S&F). This PrC allows the character to do more damage to those who have injured him in the past. The Curst would just let someone beat him to death, get up in a bit, and start doing 50+ damage per hit extra to the guy who just "killed" him. Good thing he was just a plot device and wasn't going to fight the PCs unless provoked. I'm the that evil...
