What's the Wendigo in here like? I'm curious as I was making a wendigo template myself.

Really disturbing... it has no feet, just charred, bloody stumps. It can fly (120, perfect), which surprised me. It has several special abilities: disease (wendigo's hunger), maddening whispers (deals Wisdom damage), and a ravenous bite (augmented critical and the wound continues to bleed, i.e., cumulative damage on the following rounds). Lots of neat special qualities, too. Challenge rating as base character +2.

Bears virtually no resemblence to Robert Carlisle, if that means anything to you.

I think it does. He was the guy in Ravenous, right?

This actually sounds like a pretty decent template. Maybe I'll just modify this template rather than write a new one, let it undergo 'Ravenloftification'... the Van Richten treatment.

Personally, whenever I think of the Wendigo, I think of the monster from the X-men that Wolverine fought up in the Canadian wilds. But that's just me.
