Question on paragon paths.

If I have doomsayer PP, do I have to spend feats to learn the Doomsayer SPells (powers), of my own paragon path? Warlock multi says I can pursue the PP of the pact type. Does that mean I can buy fates entwined, accursed shroud, and long fall into darkness without having to spend multi feats from page PHB P. 209, since they belong to my PP?

So, it looks like pact boons, which are given to you by selecting a pact, do not work, since you arent told you are given warlocks curse class feature. Some PPPs do not work, since they require warlocks curse. This is correct?

When you get to 11 you choose 1 paragon path (or choose to paragon multiclass if you have spent the required feats).
From that point onwards you get all of the abilities for that Paragon Path at the stated levels. There is no choice, you don't have to spend feats or anything.

There is a Warlock multiclass feat now that gives you the Warlock Curse once per encounter. Essentially, you can curse one creature and then deal the extra damage once to it. This might be helpful for some Warlock paragon paths, I am not sure.

mutliclass is looking worse and more pointless by the second..

Depends on what benefits you're looking for, or what paragon path you take. Some work, some don't. If the paragon path is heavily predicated on having a specific benefit of your multi-class, and you don't have it, then that paragon path is pointless for you.

I originally multi-classed my Warlock into Swordmage but when I saw that I was dead ended in Swordmage paragon paths, because they mostly relied on the Aegis abilities, I switched to Bard. I then went to the Grave Caller paragon path, which I found has reasonable synergy.

If you look at taking a Warlock paragon path that relies on the ability to use Curse, then you're definitely limiting yourself. There's one that expands that ability though; the Hexer. The Hexer has the ability to place his Curse with two of his encounter powers by level 12. One of those attacks curses all enemies in close blast 5. Toss in a Rod of Corruption and you've just added 2d6 damage to damned near everything that you're going to attack in that combat, if you play your cards right. That's not just with Warlock power attacks either.

all warlock paragon paths in the PHB and FRPG have one gained ability that requires curse to work (pact boon related, and pact boon doesnt work without warlock curse), and one power in the paragon path is curse related. so both dont work. 1/3 the path doesnt work basically.

I was looking at fey pact and paragon path for the blades paragon ability that hurts enemies around you when you teleport away. cleric multi warlock if you're interested.
