Question on Shifter feats

If you have a Shifter druid with the razorclaw trait who can wildshape into a bear and has the Great Rend feat can they use the rend on the bears claw attacks? Or are shifter feats like Great Rend, Great Bite, and Shifter Multiattack only useful while shifting? I know that you can't shift while wildshaped due to the change in type from humanoid to animal, but would the feats apply?

I'm pretty sure they only apply when shifted. I'll have to check the ECS when I get home.

Mmm, I don't see that it would hurt anything. It says you have to hit with both your claw attacks, but not where you have to have gotten the claws, to be eligable.
