Question regarding PDFs...

What I'm mainly interested in is actually writing something along these lines, although this would be more of a compilation project than an actual writing. I've had a lot of ideas lately of what I would want to actually use at the game table....these two ideas are the first.

So, is there a market for it and has it been done before is probably what I should've asked.

Yup, you could probably sell a few dozen copies. But the RPG PDF market isn't yet large enough that you should expect to make lots of sales and lots of money. RPGNow carries a Publishers Guide for $20 that answers all the basic questions and is filled with good data and great advice (or so I've heard from many sources - I'm not publisher or writer, so I haven't bought it).
