Questions about Drows

In FRCS p. 13 is written: "Drow have all the elven racial traits listed on page 16 of the PHB except as follows:..."

on p16 PHB is written ".... Immunity to magic sleeps spells and effects and a +2 racial saving throw bonus against Enchantment spells or effects"

So, does a drow have a +4 bonus on a saving throw against a spell-like ability of an enemy, which is an Enchantment spell ?

on16 PHB is also written: " Proficient with either longsword or rapier, proficient with shortbow, longbow, composite longbow and composite shortbow"

Does a Drow also gain this proficiencies ?
I can not imagine that Drows who normally use crossbows use Longbows in the Underdark. A Drow with a longbow and 120 feet darkvision in the Underdark will be very deadly

No, both of those bonuses are "racial bonus" and bonuses of the same name do not stack. So only +2.

Adoring to MM P.086 "Drows do not get the usual elven weapon proficiencies.

Another important thing: the plural is drow, not drows.

Drow are proficient with rapier or short sword, and with crossbows (hand and light). These supersede the elven proficiencies. (That's from the FRCS errata).
