Questions about Soulbow and weapon feats

When using many shot you lose your normal extra attacks due to high BAB since it requires a standard action to use and it requires a full round actions (i.e., full attack action) in order to make multiple attacks (like with your off hand or a high BAB) - well except for the "special" text that essentially allows you to make a full attack due to high BAB.

But you won't be able to combine it with an off hand attack though since you do not have a full attack action to use.

BAB has nothing to do with being able to attack with your off hand.

A high BAB allows mutiple atacks when using the full attack action - using your primary hand, otherwise a fighting wielding a greataxe would never be able to make multiple attacks per round.

Yes I know that BaB is not directly related to amount of off hand attacks I can make. My statement was in reference to the soul bows ability create and fire as many arrows as the number of attacks she has that round. My argument is that while have both hands free I can make my main attack and then my off hand attack including penalties.

You cannot use psionic shot on more than 1 attack per round since you must expend your psionic focus in order to do it.
I understand this. The reason I wanted clarification was because I planned on having my psicrystal hold an extra focus.

If I release both foci in one attack does the psionic shot feat apply twice?

So Mind Arrows are thrown weapons?
No I was just using thrown weapons as an analog to the mind arrow since those are real weapons that you can apply ranged feats like rapid shot AND TWF feats. Soul bows create the arrows in their hands and instead of manually flinging them, (I assume) they mentally propel them forward. See quotes above.

Two years later, I know, but this same question occurred to me "can a Soulbow dual wield mind arrows?".
After reading threads like this one, and going over the rules, the answer is, yes.

Exact wording of rules for TWF:
"If you wield a second WEAPON (key term here) in your off-hand, you can get one extra attack per round with that weapon."

Well, unless I am mistaken, a mind arrow is a one handed WEAPON, and thus, you can dual wield them.

I have even read rules on crossbows that explicitly state that you can fire one in each hand, but take the normal TWF penalties, so it stands to reason that you can do the same with mind arrows.

Rules as Written, no. Rules as Intended, sure.

1. The class power states that you must have a high enough BAB to get multiple attacks per round in order to fire more than one per round. Two-Weapon Fighting does not grant this ability.

2. Could you use a mind arrow and throw a dagger with TWF? Again, technically no because a) if you threw the dagger first, you'd still only get one off-hand attack with your arrow and b) if you shot the arrow first, you'd still have a dagger in your off-hand; you could generate the arrow in your now empty main hand (still a free action)but you could not attack with it as the arrow would not be your legal off-hand attack option.

Also, you can only generate one arrow per use of this ability (with the exception of 1., above).

Rapid Shot applies as it is specifically designed to apply to ranged combat (and since the arrow is in all aspects equivalent to a comp. longbow arrrow it is therefore ammunition for a ranged weapon).

As per RAW, you can't even technically wield a mind arrow (since ammunition is not considered a melee/thrown weapon for the purposes of TWF and other related feats, unless you have Throw Anything); even if you could, you would still have to take an improvised weapon penalty of -4 to attack rolls but nothing suggests that you "wield" the mind arrow any more than the rules suggest that you "wield" ammunition.
