The last response I got from them said, "I apologize, it has obviously taken much longer to catch up than I thought, but we are about %90 done so if yours hasn't shipped yet it will any day now. Thanks so much for your patience."
That was almost two weeks ago. I first reported the problem with my order over six weeks ago. I have been sending weekly e-mails reminding them of the problem. I do not expect it to ever be resolved. At this point, I am simply assuming Chumba Toys has ripped me off, so I invest minimal effort in trying to get them to act responsibly and feel no remorse in telling others that Chumba Toys is a rip-off.
