Questions to Roy and Star: 283 onward

Can a Druid (or Ranger) ever have more than one Animal Companion at one time? What if they are a 3rd level Druid, can they take 3 1st level Animal Compaions (which would total up to level 3 if I understand how the new Animal Companion table works now)???

Do Druid and Ranger levels "stack" when determining Animal Companions?

If I multiclass into a Druid/Ranger, can I get an Animal Companion for each class (one AnC from being a Druid and one AnC from being a Ranger)?

On that note, same question about Wizards & Sorcerers. If I am a Wiz1/Sor1 does this mean I can have 2 familiars?

I've heard that the cure spells now also deal with things like fatigue and exhaustion. Can you tell us at what cure spell levels those things are removed or otherwise mitigated?

Can we confirm that the rogue special ability of crippling strike has not changed?

Crippling Strike: When the rogue damages an opponent with a sneak attack, the target also takes 1 point of Strength damage.

I don't have the books, so don't take my word for it, but AFAIK, the levels for Sorceror and Wizard are added together to get total Familiar level (PrC classes that grant spells are NOT added). Likewise, you count your Druid and half of your Ranger levels together (round down) to get your Animal Companion level. Like the Paladin Mount and the Familiar, you only have one.

Could this be the end of 3.5 scoops?:(

I'm hoping not but it is unfortunately a possibility. If I do get the book again I'll answer as much as a can while I have it, but at this point I can't make any promises as to when (or if) that will happen.

weapon sizes

Does anyone have any real or guessed info about what is going on with weapon size in 3.5? Will there be small longswords or just that a Hlafling can now use a longsword onehanded with a minor penalty?

Any ideas?

That I remember. The Equipment section has 2 Damage ratings for each weapon one for Small and one for Medium creatures. I don't recall off hand wether there were also 2 Weights listed though.

AFAIK, it works like this.

First favored enemy is +2.

Second favored enemy is +2, and you get an additional +2 to add to one of your favored enemies, including the one you just added. That would make your bonuses +4 and +2.

Third favored enemy is +2, and you get an additional +2 to add to one of your favored enemies, including the one you just added. That would make your bonuses +4, +2, and +2, plus the additional +2 to any of the 3. So you could have +6, +2, and +2, or +4, +4, and +2.

Works the same for fourth and fifth favored enemy. A 20th level ranger could focus on one enemy and have +10, +2, +2, +2, and +2, for example.

This is correct.
