Quick question RE: increasing size and damage.

I've been looking for the way damage increases with size, but keep finding different answers in different places.

Can someone please tell me how damage increases with size e.g. 1d6->1d10->2d6->3d6 etc.

I'd use the SRD Equipment version, it should be the "correct" one.
